A range of local sheet metal fabrication subcontractors can then be used to produce your equipment using high 0.1mm precision laser cutting, CNC Folding and TIG or MIG welding and related metal finishing (specialist powders and coatings). This flexibility offers multiple piece assemblies and fabrication, with limited custom tooling needed. This rapid approach combined with the ability to generate multiple laser cut parts out of a single piece of sheet metal/aluminium also provide opportunities for significant cost reductions.
